Automatic
Batching Cycle:
|
|
| |
- Press
START.
- FAST FEED
will begin IF starting from a previous Cycle Complete OR from a previous
mid-cycle STOP.
- When the
batch weight increases to a preselected weight set-point, FAST FEED
will stop and SLOW FEED will begin.
- When the
batch weight increases to a preselected final cutoff point, SLOW FEED
will stop, ending the batch filling cycle, and placing the sequence
at Hold.
NOTE:
If optional multi-ingredient sequences are utilized, the FAST FEED
/ SLOW FEED for the second ingredient will begin prior to Hold. Upon
the completion of the second ingredient's batch fill, the third ingredient
will repeat the sequence, etc..
- Upon completion
of the feed cycle the batch weight will automatically transmit to a
printer, and be stored in internal memory for later retrieval as a production
summary and material usage report.
NOTE: If optional multi-ingredient sequences are utilized, EACH ingredient's
batch weight will transmit, along with the accumulated batch weight.
The internal memory will store the accumulated weight of each ingredient
and the accumulated weight of all batches.
- The user
manually discharges the batch from the scale.
- Cycle
Complete is caused when the weight in the scale returns to below a Zero
Tolerance Threshold.
- Upon Cycle
Complete, the system will Reset for the next cycle, beginning with Step
#1.
|
|
| |
Push
OFF at any time to immediately STOP the batch sequence. The user will
then have the option to continue where the sequence left off, or to abort
the sequence.
