SEMI-AUTOMATIC FLIP-FLOP TWO SCALE SYSTEM
EXPRESS SYSTEM 301 SEQUENCE OF OPERATION

Tare, Weigh (two speed feed), Print, Clear Tare, Hold, Discharge, Hold, Reset.

1. Place an empty container on scale and Press START (for either Scale at any time).
   
   

   a. IF the "empty container in place" Zero Threshold interlock is satisfied, the scale will Auto Tare and latch Feed ON. ( The START button will remain lighted until cycle complete).

   b. If the other scale is not currently feeding, feed will immediately commence.

   c.If the other scale IS currently feeding, feed will go to standby until the other scale completes feed

   
   
2. After feed Cycle Complete, remove the full container. Return to zero will Reset for a new cycle, beginning with step 1.
   
   
3. Emergency OFF is supplied through mushroom style button. To resume operation, place button switch in the ON position, then Press START to complete a cycle progress, or start a new cycle.
