- Place
an empty container on the scale, and Press START.
a.
If the "empty container in place" weight threshold is satisfied,
the scale will automatically Tare the empty container to Net Weight
Zero, then start FAST FEED.
b.
If the "empty container in place" weight threshold does not detect
an empty container, or if a full container is still detected on
the scale, then start of a new filling cycle will be inhibited.
- When the
Net Weight filling into the container reaches a preselected weight,
FAST FEED will stop and SLOW FEED will start.
- When the
Net Weight filling into the container reaches a preselected cutoff weight,
SLOW FEED will stop.
- The filled
container's Net Weight will automatically transmit to a printer and
be accumulated internally to memory for later retrieval visually or
as a printable transmission.
- As soon
as the filled Net Weight container is removed from the scale, the cycle
will Reset, and the process can begin at Step #1 again.
|
|
| |
If at any
time during the cycle, the ON / OFF mushroom switch is pushed OFF, the
fill cycle will immediately halt.
|
|
| |
-
To
resume the cycle from where it left off: Pull the mushroom switch
ON, then Press START.
-
To
abort the cycle: Clear the scale of incomplete containers, then
press RESET on the keypad, then pull the mushroom switch ON. The
