For many applications, the DWM-IV / NWF-B concept will offer significantly improved speed and efficiency. By first filling a scale hopper to desired net weight, and then quickly discharging the hopper into the final Net Weight Container; the scale hopper can be refilled and ready for the next net weight discharge during the time it takes to remove a full container and replace it with an empty. The DWM-IV / NWF-B provides built-in safety interlocks to maintain the correct sequence of operation, as well as the ability to STOP and abort or resume the cycle. Additionally, printer outputs and accumulations are standard.

Net Weight Containers are filled directly from a scale hopper (or tank). Process sequence controls are provided to user's feed devices for the scale hopper, and for scale hopper discharge control.
