Tare,
Weigh (two speed feed), Hold, Print, Discharge, Hold, Reset.
|

- Toggle
FEED switch on front panel.
IF the
previous Cycle Complete is detected AND the current weight in the
scale hopper is below a Zero Tolerance Threshold, the scale will automatically
Tare (if enabled) and the FAST FEED control of user's hopper feed
device will begin.
- When the
Net Weight filled into the scale hopper achieves a preset weight to
begin SLOW FEED, then FAST FEED ends and SLOW FEED control begins.
- When the
Net Weight filled into the scale hopper achieves a preset weight to
end fill, SLOW FEED will stop.
- The cycle
will now Hold and automatically transmit the transaction record (if
enabled) , then accumulate the sequential count and weight of the transaction
(if enabled) for later retrieval visually, or by transmitted record.
- When ready
to discharge the Net Weight now holding in the scale hopper, Toggle
the DISCHARGE switch.
a.
The DISCHARGE control of user's hopper discharge device will begin,
and allow rapid transfer of the Net Weight from the scale hopper
to the final Net Weight Container.
b.
When discharge of the scale hopper has achieved the Zero Tolerance
Threshold, DISCHARGE will end, causing Cycle Complete.
- Upon Cycle
Complete, the system will RESET for a new cycle, beginning with Step
#1.

If at any
time during the cycle, the ON / OFF mushroom switch is pushed OFF, the
fill cycle will immediately halt.

To
resume the cycle from where it left off: Pull the mushroom switch
ON, then toggle DISCHARGE or FEED to start.
-
To
abort the cycle: Pull the mushroom switch ON, toggle the DISCHARGE
switch to clear the scale hopper of an incomplete cycle, then press
the RESET front panel key. Toggle FEED to begin a new cycle.
