- Locate
Net Weight Container in position to receive fill. Press START when ready.
- The scale
will automatically Tare to Net Weight Zero, then start FAST FEED discharge,
beginning the fill to the Net Weight Container.
- Upon achieving
a preselected slow feed weight set-point, FAST FEED will stop, and SLOW
FEED will start.
- Upon achieving
a preselected cutoff weight set-point, the Net Weight Discharge will
stop.
- The Net
Weight amount discharged will automatically transmit to a printer and
be accumulated internally in memory for later retrieval visually or
as printable transmission.
- After
completion of the data transfer, the system will automatically Clear
Tare and Reset for a new cycle, beginning at Step #1.

Automatic
Supply Hopper Refill Cycle:
|
|

-
If
at the end of a Discharge cycle, the weight of material remaining
in the supply hopper is less than a preset Low Supply amount, another
Discharge cycle will be prohibited and the system will automatically
provide single speed REFILL control.
-
When
the supply hopper refills to a preset High Level weight amount,
REFILL will stop, and the Automatic Net Weight Discharge cycle is
once again enabled.
If
the mushroom style Pull ON / Push OFF switch is pushed OFF at any time
during the Discharge or Refill cycles, the sequence will immediately
halt. The user will then have the option to either resume the cycle
where it left off, or to abort a cycle and start over.
