The
model SP-ES / IM-WB Series Scale Conveyors are highly refined
and specialized for the purpose of In-Motion weighing.
Performance detracting difficulties (such as: belt tracking, machinery
induced vibration, off-centerline initial weight load of motor / machinery,
overall initial weight load of the conveyor assembly, etc.) are overcome
through a combination of unique engineering techniques exclusive to
Flex-Weigh. |

There is
no "standard" length, width, height, or belt speed for the model
SP-ES / IM-WB. Flex-Weigh's philosophy is to allow the application
to dictate specifications. The application may dictate a belt that is
relatively long and skinny, one that is short and wide, a fast or slow
fixed speed, or a variable speed. Thus, the Flex-Weigh philosophy promotes
maximizing every potential for performance, rather than forcing compromise
do to limitations of "standard" models.
In combination with Express-Systems #600 Series instrumentation
and controllers, the SP-ES / IM-WB Series Scale Conveyors provide
unparalleled value and performance in In-Motion weighing.

Note: Stated
package lengths and package throughput are maximums. Actual performance
is highly dependent on a number of factors, including on-site environmental
influences and package spacing control. Always provide factory with specifics
of every new application prior to purchase.
