There is no "standard" length, width, height or capacity for gravity feed In-Motion scales. Express System #642 & 643 are only two examples. All Flex-Weigh gravity feed In-Motion scales are built specific to their application, and can range between small units of 5 Lb. capacity, up to quite large units of several thousand pounds capacity. The application will also dictate which of a wide variety of conveyor possibilities (skate wheel, roller, ball top; steel, aluminum, stainless steel, various coatings, etc.) shall be incorporated into the design.

System #642 is appropriate for use in a wide variety of smaller case weighing applications. Given a user provided input transfer speed of 60 FPM, the System # 642 can comfortably weigh cases up to 30 Lb. and 12" in length, In-Motion at a pace of 15 cases per minute, within an accuracy
of +/- 0.01 Lb.

Many variations of the Systems #642 & #643 are available. Contact the factory for options such as: all stainless steel wash-down construction, changes in conveyor heights, changes in capacity, reject mechanisms, indexing mechanisms, etc..
