Express-System #650 is perfect for use weighing packets of kitted parts, piece assortments, bulk quantities by count, or any item weighing about 0.1 to 1.0 Lb. requiring 100% quality assurance via weight verification. Typical installations are found immediately down-line from an automatic bagger or packager, down-line from diecast presses or injection molding machines, or at the discharge end of hand packaging assembly lines.
System #650 is provided fully self contained, complete, and ready to use when interfaced to Express-System #602 Checkweigher instrumentation and controls.
There is no "standard" version of the CDS-SD / CW-R concept. Each unit is designed specific to individual applications. Express-System #650 is only one example of the concept.
